As a Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping customers reimagine their customer experience strategies by combining cloud, AI, and CX technologies. You will partner closely with Sales and clients to design innovative, scalable solutions that deliver real business outcomes.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role blending consulting, storytelling, and solution design.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Sales and customers across Mexico to design AI-driven CX strategies and solutions
- Lead discovery conversations focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience opportunities
- Position Genesys Cloud as a comprehensive experience orchestration platform
- Deliver engaging demos and presentations tailored to technical and business audiences
- Design scalable architectures including CCaaS, AI capabilities, APIs, and integrations
- Identify and articulate AI use cases across the customer journey (self-service, agent assist, personalization, analytics)
- Build business cases tied to ROI, efficiency, and customer experience improvements
- Support RFx processes with strong technical and strategic input
- Collaborate with partners to drive innovation and adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture
- Understanding of Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, or customer journey orchestration
- Exposure to AI in CX (e.g., bots, agent assist, analytics, or GenAI)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to connect technology with business value and outcomes
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers or senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced preferred)
- Experience in Mexican market or with diverse client segments is a plus
