About The Role
We're hiring our first Director of Strategic Partnerships on the ground in Washington, D.C. You'll be introducing our product to decision-makers at lobbying, public affairs, and government relations firms — and working closely with our engineering team in SF to make sure every deployment fits the client perfectly.
We're looking for someone who knows this world and has relationships in it. You don't need to know everyone — but you should be able to get meetings, build trust quickly, and speak credibly about how these firms actually operate. From there, you'll run thoughtful, consultative sales cycles tailored to each firm's needs.
You'll own the D.C. market from day one and have a direct line to the founders.
What You'll Own
- Pipeline development through your network and outreach to decision-makers across DC strategy and public affairs firms.
- Full-cycle enterprise sales — from first meeting through close and deployment, with a consultative approach tailored to each firm.
- Client success oversight — partnering with our engineering team to ensure seamless integration and long-term retention.
- Market intelligence — translating what you're hearing on the ground into product and positioning insights for the team.
You Might Thrive If...
- You have relationships in the DC lobbying, public affairs, or government relations world — whether a few strong doors you can open or a broad network you've built over years.
- You don't have to be a DC insider. Experience in state-level government affairs, public affairs, or lobbying is equally valuable — the relationships and sales instincts translate directly, and we have ambitions beyond the Beltway.
- You come from consulting, government relations, political campaigns, or enterprise sales in the political and public affairs space.
- You carry yourself well in senior rooms — you don't need to have 20 years of experience, but you need to be someone a Managing Partner takes seriously.
- You understand how these firms operate day to day and can see where AI creates real leverage in their workflows.
- You want the upside of bringing a genuinely differentiated product to a market that's ready for it.
