Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Subscription businesses sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and monetization, and this Lead, User Growth Optimization role is anchored in that reality. The remit centers on experimentation across the subscription funnel, where small changes to onboarding, pricing presentation, and lifecycle messaging can have measurable impact on retention and lifetime value. With a London base and collaboration across growth and R&D, the position reflects how mature SaaS and subscription platforms operationalize learning through structured testing.
For a SaaS career, the role builds durable expertise in conversion optimization as a system rather than a series of one-off tests. It emphasizes hypothesis quality, measurement discipline, and iteration cadence, alongside the practical craft of shipping experiments in production web environments. Experience spanning localization, personalization, and cross-surface journeys translates well to other SaaS companies optimizing activation and expansion across markets.
This role suits professionals who like combining analytical reasoning with hands-on implementation, and who are comfortable negotiating trade-offs with engineering and commercial stakeholders. It will appeal to someone motivated by continuous learning loops, clear success metrics, and the responsibility of turning insights into shipped changes across a high-volume user funnel.
