Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Snowflake Intelligence sits at a distinctive intersection of SaaS analytics and applied AI, focused on making enterprise data interaction more conversational and embedded in everyday workflows. A growth and engagement remit in this context is notable because adoption is not only a product problem, but also a distribution and behavior-change challenge across large organizations, where usage patterns can be uneven and value realization must be demonstrated quickly.
For SaaS product leaders, this role concentrates on the mechanics that separate feature delivery from durable product adoption. Ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention loops builds fluency in instrumentation, experimentation, and metric design that translates across PLG and enterprise SaaS models. The scope also signals exposure to multi-surface experiences such as mobile and integrations, which are increasingly central to modern SaaS engagement strategies.
This position tends to suit a product manager who prefers evidence-led decisions, comfort with ambiguity, and close collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market counterparts. It aligns with someone who wants to pair customer contact with rigorous funnel thinking, and who is motivated by iterating on onboarding and habit formation as core product work rather than peripheral optimization.

Job Description
Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.
Snowflake Intelligence (SI) is transforming how enterprises interact with their data through AI. Instead of writing complex queries, business users across every level of an organization can now ask questions in plain language to receive instant visualizations and insights.
As the Senior Product Manager for Growth and Engagement, you will own the end-to-end strategy for how users discover, adopt, and form long-term habits with Snowflake Intelligence. You will be the primary driver of whether this fast-growing product continues to compound its success or stalls.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth End-to-End: Lead the strategy for acquisition, activation, and retention. You will define key metrics, instrument funnels, and run experiments to improve conversion at every stage.
Ship Mobile & Notifications: Drive the roadmap for mobile experiences and proactive alerts to bring intelligence to users where they work, including Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Perfect the First Experience: Obsess over onboarding, zero-state, and first-time user flows to ensure new users become daily active users.
Drive Enterprise Adoption: Design for virality within large organizations and remove friction to facilitate rapid internal expansion.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to ship integrated experiences that influence the broader company roadmap.
Engage with Customers: Spend direct time with Snowflake’s largest customers to translate user behavior and feedback into actionable product direction.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 5+ years in Product Management with a track record of driving measurable growth in consumer, prosumer, or B2B products.
Growth Expertise: Deep proficiency in funnel analysis, activation metrics, and retention loops.
AI Fluency: A working understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including how to design for latency and imperfect outputs.
Technical Depth: SQL proficiency and the ability to engage in deep technical trade-off discussions with engineers regarding systems and APIs.
Product Craft: Strong instincts for building intuitive, delightful software and the ability to articulate why products succeed or fail.
Execution & Focus: A proven ability to ship high-quality work on time while managing ambiguity and cutting scope when necessary.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related technical/analytical field.
Bonus Points
Experience building mobile products with high engagement and retention.
Background in proactive product experiences (notifications and alerts).
Success driving enterprise adoption among non-technical business users.
Previous experience at companies recognized for growth excellence or product-led growth (PLG).
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
