Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Trust and Safety is an increasingly central function for subscription platforms where scale, user-generated content, and regulatory scrutiny intersect. This Executive Assistant role sits inside a SaaS-like operating model that depends on coordinated decisions across policy, legal, product, and operations, making the work a close-up view of how risk and user protection are managed at platform level.
For a SaaS career, the value is in learning how executive priorities translate into execution across multiple workstreams. Supporting senior leaders on briefings, decision prep, and stakeholder coordination builds fluency in operating rhythms that recur across SaaS organisations: cross-functional alignment, clear documentation, and handling sensitive information with discipline. The emphasis on presentations and synthesis also develops a transferable skill set for roles adjacent to program management, operations, or chief of staff tracks.
This role suits an experienced EA who prefers structured problem-solving over task-only support and is comfortable being a central node in complex communication flows. It will fit someone drawn to platform governance work, where judgment, discretion, and clarity matter as much as logistics, and where in-person touchpoints are part of the operating cadence in New York.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
