Brief Summary of Role
The Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes to negotiating contracts to making certain that the customer has the right product mix to ensure success. The Renewals Manager works closely with internal stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the customer renewal goals are achieved and that contracts are correct. The Renewals Manager will work with cross functional resources across sales and success teams to minimize churn and increase net revenue retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Renewals Manager a typical day will include:
- Managing customers throughout the lifecycle
- Owning renewal opportunities from quote to close
- Creating quotes, order management, and reporting invoice requirements to Accounting
- Negotiating uplift and pricing changes
- Working with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date
- Ensuring no contract is expired
- Collaborating with other departments to develop success strategies as required
- Working with the account executive to identify expansion opportunities to increase Copado’s footprint with the customer
We Are Looking for Someone With
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS product
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detail
