Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Implementation Manager roles sit at a critical junction in SaaS: they translate product promise into working outcomes inside customer environments. In Taxbit’s case, that work happens in a regulated, data-intensive domain where integrations, reporting accuracy, and auditability matter as much as user experience. The Madrid office launch also signals a go-to-market expansion moment where implementation becomes a primary lever for establishing repeatable delivery in a new region.
For a SaaS career, this kind of position builds durable skills in enterprise onboarding mechanics: requirements discovery, solution design, stakeholder alignment across business and IT, and the operational discipline needed to take customers from contract to go-live. The stated feedback loop into engineering is particularly relevant in SaaS, where implementation patterns often shape product roadmap decisions, integration strategy, and documentation standards over time.
This role tends to suit professionals who enjoy structured project ownership while staying close to technical details like APIs, data architecture, and issue investigation. It is also a strong match for those who prefer external-facing work with clear accountability for outcomes, and who are motivated by domains where compliance constraints create real implementation complexity rather than simple configuration.
