Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Corporate systems leadership roles are increasingly central in SaaS companies that are scaling beyond early operational tooling into enterprise-grade process and governance. This Director, Corporate Systems remit sits at that inflection point, owning the platforms that underpin how a SaaS business hires, pays, closes books, and procures, with a stack anchored in widely adopted SaaS back-office systems like Workday and NetSuite and an explicit focus on integrations.
For a SaaS career, the durable value here is learning to run internal platforms as products: roadmapping, release discipline, access governance, and data model decisions that ripple into analytics and go-to-market systems. The scope spans core finance and people processes alongside global and audit considerations, experience that tends to translate across growth-stage SaaS environments where operational maturity becomes a competitive advantage.
This role best fits a senior systems leader who prefers high-leverage, cross-functional work and is comfortable being accountable for architecture choices as well as day-to-day operational reliability. It will suit someone who enjoys building and coaching specialist teams while partnering closely with Finance and People leadership, and who wants to stay hands-on enough to influence configuration and integration patterns rather than operating purely at a steering-committee level.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead the people and finance systems function inside Harvey's BizTech organization. You'll own the strategy, architecture, and operations of the technology stack that runs how Harvey hires, pays, plans, books revenue, and procures — Workday, NetSuite, Zip, and the integrations that tie them together. You'll lead a team of People Systems and Finance Systems specialists and grow it as Harvey scales.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems leader who has experience at high-growth companies. You build strategy and technology roadmaps grounded in business processes, have strong opinions about how these critical platforms should be configured, and know how to partner with finance and people leaders without disappearing into the tech.
What You'll Do
Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end. Set and execute the multi-year roadmap across HRIS, ERP, procurement, payroll, equity, and the integration fabric between them. Make architecture and platform decisions with the right blend of velocity and durability.
Lead and grow a team. Manage Harvey's existing People Systems and Finance Systems leads & analysts, and build a high performing team. Hire ahead of the curve, set the bar for the function, and develop a bench of senior systems talent.
Be the technical partner to the Finance & People orgs. Translate finance and people requirements into systems that work. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the Controller, Head of Procurement, Head of Tax, Head of Global Payroll & Equity, and People Ops on the highest-leverage process changes.
Run the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems like products. Establish release management, change control, testing standards, security/access governance, and audit posture. Right-size the process to where Harvey is and where it's going.
Build the integration layer. Own the data model and integration patterns between corporate systems and critical integration points like the data warehouse and GTM systems.
Set the security and compliance bar for corporate systems. Partner with Information Security and Legal on access reviews, audit readiness, and data residency for global operations.
Be the executive voice for corporate systems. Represent the function in finance, people, and exec staff conversations. Drive clear roadmaps and visible delivery so the business knows what's coming and what's blocked.
What You Have
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems, with at least 4 years leading teams that own HRIS and ERP platforms in production.
Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company — you've owned configuration, integrations, release management, and the relationship with Finance and People leadership for at least one of the two platforms, with working fluency in the other.
Proven track record running the infrastructure for core business processes. You understand the upstream and downstream impact of every configuration decision.
Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones — new countries, new entities, audit readiness, large M&A, and more.
Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity.
Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
Bonus Points
Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company scaling through 1,000+ employees.
Experience deploying agentic AI or LLM-based automation inside corporate systems — AI-assisted reporting, employee self-service, AP automation, agentic procurement workflows.
Familiarity with Zip, Carta, Deel, Remote, Ramp, or similar finance-adjacent SaaS in the Harvey stack.
Compensation
$223,900-335,900 USD
