Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This role sits at a mature, high-scale consumer SaaS where product distribution is shaped by platform ecosystems rather than a single owned surface. The remit spans both in-app sharing mechanics and off-platform presence, placing product work at the intersection of integrations, partner constraints, and evolving social behaviors. It is a clear example of how modern SaaS growth increasingly depends on being native to other platforms’ formats and user journeys.
For a SaaS product leader, the long-term value is in building fluency across acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics tied to sharing loops, not just feature delivery. The scope implies repeated practice in experimentation, instrumentation, and translating qualitative cultural signals into measurable product bets. Experience working with external partners also transfers well across SaaS categories where APIs, distribution channels, and co-developed experiences are central to roadmap execution.
The position suits a senior PM who enjoys cross-functional alignment and can represent product decisions with internal teams and external stakeholders. It will fit someone comfortable navigating ambiguity in emerging social surfaces, while maintaining operational rigor through clear success measures. Interest in AI as an input to product discovery and iteration will be useful, given the stated exploration of AI-enabled sharing experiences.

Job Description
In the Experience Mission, we design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. On this team, our mission is to show up wherever people are being social — across the platforms, surfaces, and moments where they're already expressing themselves and connecting with others — and make it effortless to bring audio into those moments. That means being present in the feeds, messages, and communities where culture moves, giving listeners the tools to express who they are through what they hear, and creating the loops that turn shared content into a new connection, a new fan, or a new Spotify user.
About the team
The team sits within PPX and owns Spotify's sharing surfaces and off-platform social presence: from the core share sheet to partner integrations, social formats, and the growth loops that bring new listeners in. You'll work closely with platform partners, business development, feature-owning teams and cross-functional engineering and design teams. In this role, you’ll shape how Spotify shows up across the social platforms of today and the future. You’ll be the face of product across our social strategic partners, while owning end-to-end product execution.
