Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Technology Services Intern role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it supports the internal “operating system” that lets a software company ship product and serve customers reliably. Tabs is an AI-native finance platform founded in 2023, which implies a modern toolchain and a strong dependency on secure access, dependable collaboration tech, and well-run in-office infrastructure.
For someone building a SaaS career, the work offers a practical view of how scaling companies standardise onboarding, manage identities and devices, and keep core productivity systems usable as headcount changes. Exposure to day-to-day IT triage alongside office operations also builds intuition for cross-functional workflows, incident prevention, and the basics of security hygiene, all of which translate across SaaS environments regardless of product domain.
This position is best suited to an early-career operator who enjoys hands-on problem solving and closing small loops quickly, from AV reliability to account provisioning. It will fit someone who prefers visible, service-oriented work and wants proximity to IT and security leadership while learning how internal systems and processes are set up in a growing SaaS company.
