Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Global Total Rewards Manager role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of international scaling and product-led growth realities. Pigment is a relatively young SaaS company with a sizeable, multi-city footprint, which typically creates real complexity in how compensation, equity, and benefits are designed and governed across markets. In that context, total rewards becomes a core operating system for hiring and retention rather than a purely administrative function.
For a SaaS career, the long-term value is the chance to build repeatable compensation and equity frameworks that can keep pace with changing headcount plans and evolving org design. Work like benchmarking against tech peers, maintaining ranges, and running global annual cycles develops the kind of analytical and process engineering muscle that transfers across high-growth software companies. The emphasis on automation and optimization also aligns with how modern SaaS People teams increasingly operate, using tooling and workflows to reduce friction at scale.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys structured, data-driven work and can translate complex reward topics into clear decisions for stakeholders. It fits a professional who wants ownership of global programs, is comfortable navigating North American market norms, and prefers roles where operational rigor and cross-functional coordination are central.
