Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This listing stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits at the intersection of subscription revenue leadership and a highly technical category. CrowdStrike is positioning the role around new logo acquisition and ACV targets, with an explicit reliance on channel and alliance partners, a common go to market motion for enterprise SaaS security platforms. The hybrid Sydney setup and stated interstate travel also signal a role anchored in customer presence and regional execution rather than purely inside sales.
For a long term SaaS career, the role offers repeated exposure to the operating system of predictable revenue: disciplined forecasting, CRM rigor, and inspection of pipeline health through tools like Clari and Tableau. Managing a team of corporate AEs also builds transferable capability in coaching methodology, deal strategy, and cross functional coordination with sales engineering and channel teams, all core skills for scaling commercial orgs in subscription businesses.
This role is best suited to a sales leader who prefers hands on involvement in live deals while building consistent team habits. It fits someone comfortable selling to security and IT stakeholders, and motivated by combining people leadership with operational cadence and partner led execution.
