Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
GTM enablement is becoming a core function in modern SaaS, particularly for companies selling complex, high-consideration products where consistent messaging and sales execution materially affect revenue outcomes. This role stands out because it is regionally anchored in EMEA while remaining tied to a global enablement organization, reflecting how SaaS businesses increasingly balance local market nuance with standardized operating models.
For SaaS professionals, the long-term value sits in building repeatable systems that improve rep productivity at scale. Experience here translates into key enablement fundamentals that travel across SaaS categories: onboarding design, curriculum and content governance, field communications, and the practical mechanics of rolling out methodologies across Sales and Customer Success. The cross-time-zone collaboration also mirrors the reality of globally distributed SaaS GTM teams and the operational discipline required to keep programs coherent.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys being a connective layer between teams and turning ambiguity into usable playbooks. It fits a practitioner who is comfortable facilitating, iterating on content based on field feedback, and operating with regional ownership while aligning to global standards.

Role Overview
We are hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to support our EMEA region as our first dedicated enablement hire on the ground. This is a net new role sitting within the broader global GTM Enablement team. Reporting to the GTM Enablement Lead, this person will support the enablement function regionally — including onboarding and training for EMEA reps, localizing content for the region, driving regional GTM programs, and managing stakeholder and field communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with NAMER-based enablement partners to ensure global consistency and contribute to global rollouts. They must be highly collaborative, comfortable working across time zones, and able to operate with autonomy while staying tightly aligned with the global team.
What You'll Do
Training & Support: Lead local onboarding sessions and create essential training materials that empower EMEA GTM teams with knowledge and skills.
Content Localization: Partner with global enablement and internal teams to adapt and localize GTM collateral and enablement resources for the EMEA market.
Regional GTM Programs: Drive regional enablement programs and field communications that support EMEA revenue goals and rep effectiveness.
Global Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with NAMER-based enablement partners to ensure consistency across global rollouts and integrate product knowledge and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) into training.
Foundational Enablement: Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for the EMEA GTM org.
What You Have
6-8 years of experience in related fields, with at least 4 years in enablement or training roles, or customer facing work. Preferable to sales backgrounds.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an adaptable, collaborative approach.
Experience with training design, curriculum creation, and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
Familiarity with GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success) and AI or SaaS is a plus.
Experience working in or supporting EMEA markets; familiarity with regional business culture and field dynamics preferred.
Comfortable operating across time zones and working closely with globally distributed teams.
