About the Role:
Wrike is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our Workplace Operations Team. In this role, you will be the face of our office, creating a welcoming and positive experience for employees, visitors, and partners. Reporting to the WPO Manager, you will play an important part in ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and workplace support. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, vibrant, and service-oriented office environment that reflects Wrike’s values.
Your Impact:
- Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
- Act as the first point of contact at reception and help create a positive office experience
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace and general office coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with office-related services
- Manage and respond to administrative and workplace-related requests
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and office activities
- Provide travel and visitor support as needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle courier, mail, and delivery services
- Manage kitchen supplies, snacks, and general office stock
- Support office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Assist with swag production and distribution
- Support health and safety processes and help maintain workplace standards
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Good organizational and time management skills
