Role Overview
The Area Commercial Sales Lead – Citrix Service Provider (CSP) is responsible for driving commercial execution and sales alignment for Citrix’s CSP business through Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) across North America. This role focuses on growing recurring revenue, expanding consumption, and converting transactional business into long-term CSP models. The role plays a critical part in building predictable ARR and partner-led growth through disciplined commercial execution.
CSP Commercial Strategy & Execution
Execute the CSP commercial strategy across the assigned area
Align Arrow ECS and CSP partners around long-term consumption and growth plans
Identify opportunities to migrate transactional and perpetual deals into CSP models
Partner & Account Planning
Support strategic CSP partner planning and joint business plans
Drive account expansion through increased usage, workloads, and service adoption
Influence partner focus toward scalable, recurring revenue opportunities
Deal Strategy & Pipeline Management
Drive deal strategy for CSP opportunities, including pricing, packaging, and term length
Support Arrow ECS CSP sellers in closing high-impact and multi-year agreements
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy for CSP business
Sales Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Geo Commercial Sales Lead on CSP direction and priorities
Align with Citrix CSP, finance, and operations teams on commercial execution
Act as the day-to-day commercial escalation point for CSP-related deals

Conversion rate of transactional deals to CSP
Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NY generally ranges: $98,132-$147,198
CA generally ranges: $111,870-$167,806
All other locations fall under our General State range: $98,132-$147,198
