Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
In SaaS, internship programs are often a primary pipeline for early technical and go to market hiring, and this role sits at the intersection of talent operations and brand presence. With an on site remit in Montreal and a focus on Quebec campuses, it reflects a SaaS company that recruits at volume across recurring cycles and needs consistent representation in local academic networks.
The career value is in learning how SaaS talent engines are built and maintained over time. Running three intern hiring cycles develops repeatable sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management habits that translate to broader recruiting work in product led and enterprise SaaS environments. The employer branding component adds exposure to how narrative, social channels, and event programs support hiring outcomes, a useful bridge between recruiting and people marketing disciplines.
This position suits someone who enjoys structured coordination and relationship building, and who prefers work that mixes process ownership with public facing activity. It is a strong match for an early to mid career recruiter or coordinator looking to deepen bilingual communication skills and become fluent in campus ecosystems, while also gaining hands on experience with brand adjacent projects and cross functional timelines.
