Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Senior web design roles in SaaS sit at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and product narrative, and this one is firmly anchored in that reality. The scope spans marketing site and campaign surfaces where SaaS companies compete on clarity, trust, and conversion, with close ties to SEO, content, and development. The emphasis on measurable outcomes and repeatable web patterns reflects how mature SaaS teams treat the website as an owned growth channel rather than a static brochure.
From a career standpoint, the role builds SaaS-relevant leverage: translating positioning into web experiences, using experimentation and analytics to iterate, and contributing to design systems that reduce friction across launches. Exposure to cross-functional workflows with Product Marketing and Web teams strengthens the ability to design for funnels, performance, and accessibility, all of which transfer across B2B SaaS environments. The mention of AI-assisted workflows also signals a modern production mindset that many SaaS orgs are adopting.
This position suits an experienced individual contributor who prefers clear ownership over mid-sized projects and can navigate stakeholder feedback without losing craft quality. It will fit someone motivated by practical optimisation, consistency at scale, and strong implementation partnerships with developers in an on-site setup.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our Creative Team and help create high-quality web experiences across our marketing website, campaign pages, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
This is a strong individual contributor role for someone who combines web design craft with marketing understanding, clear communication, ownership, and a practical approach to improving how work gets done.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, SEO, Content, and Development teams to turn business goals, campaign needs, and messaging into clear, effective, and polished web experiences.
The ideal candidate can own mid-size web design projects independently, make thoughtful design decisions based on data and user needs, maintain strong brand consistency, and contribute to more scalable, efficient, and modern ways of working.
Your Impact:
This role is responsible for independently managing web design projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring designs align with marketing goals, business needs, and brand standards. The person will create effective, user-friendly, and conversion-focused web experiences, using data, testing, and feedback to guide decisions and optimize performance. They will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams, clearly communicating design choices and ensuring strong implementation across devices. The role also includes contributing to design systems, improving scalable web solutions, applying UX and accessibility best practices, and using AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and innovation in the design process.
Your Qualifications:
- Ability to own mid-size design projects independently, manage feedback, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions, ask the right questions, and align stakeholders around practical solutions.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, funnels, conversion, lead generation, and how marketing teams collaborate.
- Understanding of SEO, page performance, and accessibility standards.
- Experience using data, A/B testing, conversion optimization, web analytics, and performance insights to inform web design decisions.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, tone of voice, messaging consistency, and how brand principles translate into digital and web experiences.
- Proactive mindset and ability to suggest improvements to design quality, workflows, and production efficiency.
- 5+ years of professional experience in web design, digital design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web design work, including responsive layouts, landing pages, campaign pages, or complex digital experiences.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, styles, variants, libraries, prototyping, and design system workflows.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web layout principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, and composition.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and common web patterns.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, templates, or reusable web design patterns.
- Strong collaboration skills with marketers, brand designers, developers, product marketers, content teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare clear design handoffs and work with development teams during implementation.
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to use AI as part of a modern design workflow.
Standout Qualities:
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for design exploration, workflow optimization, content adaptation, prototyping, or production support.
- Experience with website builders, CMS platforms, or no-code/low-code tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
- Experience creating or improving scalable web templates, design libraries, or component-based workflows.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing-driven environments.
- Motion, design for motion, interaction design, or web animation skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
