Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Program Manager role stands out in a SaaS context because it sits at the intersection of product reliability, security operations, and the commercial mechanics that keep R and D moving. Supporting incident response and vendor procurement from within a CISO office signals a company operating at meaningful scale, where operational rigor and clear cross functional coordination become product differentiators for enterprise customers.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable fluency in how modern cloud products are governed day to day. Managing incident lifecycles, creating dashboards, and translating between technical and non technical stakeholders are repeatable skills across B2B SaaS, especially as teams mature their security posture and internal controls. The emphasis on AI powered workflows also points to hands on exposure in automating reporting and operational processes, a capability increasingly expected in SaaS program and ops functions.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys structured execution, is comfortable working across Security, IT, Product, Finance, and Legal, and prefers roles where impact comes from clarity and follow through. It fits a professional who wants breadth across operational domains while staying close to product and engineering realities in a SaaS environment.

We are seeking a Program Manager. This role sits within the CISO office and supports three critical functions: product incident management, R&D and Product vendor procurement, and CISO office program management.
It's a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires strong communication skills as well as organizational skills, a technology mindset, AI-native approach and the ability to coordinate across Security, IT, R&D, Finance, and Legal. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner, who wants to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Product Incident Management
- Take ownership of assigned product incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functional response across Security, R&D, Operations, Legal, and other relevant teams.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely alignment on impact, progress, and resolution steps.
- Work within established incident playbooks and guidance, while applying sound judgment in managing day-to-day execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout each incident's lifecycle.
Vendor Procurement & Budget Management
- Manage the intake and execution of vendor requests across R&D and Product — from initial request through to payment.
- Create and track purchase orders, ensuring deals with vendors are executed and documented.
- Support the organization and finalization of R&D and product vendor budgets in coordination with Finance and procurement.
- Maintain an organized view of vendor engagements, contracts, and spend to reduce operational overload on technical teams.
- Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and other teams to resolve payment or process issues.
CISO Office Program Management
- Create and maintain project dashboards, Jira tickets for Security and IT team initiatives.
- Create and track departmental metric dashboards using AI and create periodic summaries for stakeholders.
- Support quarterly and monthly planning cycles, ensuring initiatives are tracked and visible.
- Monitor project progress and flag risks to relevant stakeholders to keep programs on track.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related technical field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to synthesize technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Skilled with running SQL queries and learning new tools and systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, incident management, or program visibility.
- Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
Nice to have:
- Background or coursework in cybersecurity or information security.
- Experience with incident management, cross-functional coordination, or project tracking.
- Familiarity with Jira, project dashboards, or business intelligence tools.
- Interest in developing a career in cybersecurity, IT governance, or technology management.
