Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Genesys operates in the enterprise SaaS layer of customer experience, where subscription economics and platform adoption depend on consistent, locally compliant people programs across regions. A Total Rewards Partner covering Asia Pacific sits at the intersection of global policy and country specific reality, translating compensation and benefits strategy into execution that works across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
For a long term SaaS career, this kind of regional remit builds durable capability in operating at scale. The role touches annual compensation cycles, job architecture and leveling, market pricing, pay equity governance, vendor management, and benefits administration, all areas that become increasingly complex as SaaS companies expand internationally. Close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external survey providers also strengthens the cross functional operating model that is common in mature SaaS organizations.
This position suits an HR rewards professional who prefers consultative influence over purely transactional delivery, and who is comfortable balancing standardization with local nuance. It is a strong match for someone who enjoys data led decision making, stakeholder advisory work, and improving repeatable processes across countries within a global SaaS environment.
