About the role:
Are you passionate about building production-ready AI systems? Join our Setup & Rollout team, the team behind Dashlane's AI Advisor, where you'll help build confidential AI experiences that millions of users can trust.
As a AI Deployment Engineer, you will own the implementation and the maintenance of our new Omnix AI Advisor backend, an AI agent helping our customer admin improving their security posture. You'll own the entire inference stack, from serving infrastructure and system prompt orchestration to model evaluation and performance optimization, ensuring our AI capabilities are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient. Rather than training foundation models, you'll focus on making them production-ready and seamlessly integrating them into Dashlane's products.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside Senior and Staff engineers who provide continuous mentorship, while partnering closely with product managers, project managers, and quality engineering teams. The Setup & Rollout team is currently focused on optimizing administrative workflows and scaling system integrations to ensure smooth deployments.
Location:
You will be based in Paris, with a hybrid policy (3 office days / week) and English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
