Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Sales Development Representative role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of product-led digitisation and traditional, harder-to-reach buyer environments. Zinier’s focus on software for deskless workforces signals a B2B use case where buying committees, operational stakeholders, and regional nuances can materially shape go-to-market motion. The remit across Germany and the wider DACH region also reflects how SaaS companies often expand internationally by pairing local language fluency with centralised, remote-first execution.
From a SaaS career perspective, SDR experience in a multi-country territory builds durable skills in pipeline creation, persona research, and message testing across channels. Close partnership with Account Executives encourages an understanding of qualification standards and how early-stage conversations translate into later-stage deal work. Regular tracking and reporting reinforces the data discipline that underpins modern SaaS revenue teams.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys structured outbound work while iterating on approach based on feedback and results. It will fit professionals comfortable collaborating across time zones, balancing independent execution with tight alignment to sales counterparts, and engaging prospects through a mix of digital outreach and periodic in-person events.
