You'll collaborate closely with GTM leadership, Product, Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands sales methodologies and processes, communicates effectively, possesses strong enablement program management, and is passionate about teaching and continuous improvement.
Location-Specific Information:
You will be based in New York with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections, while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
At Dashlane you will:

-
Ongoing Enablement: Establish enablement programs to support new product launches, changes in GTM processes and / or tech stack, and updates to our standard operating procedures. Ensure that GTM team members are kept current on market trends and competitive positioning through continuous training sessions and refreshers.
-
Resource Development: Create, deliver, and evangelize high-quality sales tools, templates, playbooks, how to guides, training videos, and facilitated training sessions to our GTM team, ensuring alignment with messaging, positioning, and value propositions
-
Coaching: Partner with GTM leaders to build structured coaching programs, using AI-powered conversation intelligence (Gong, Enterpret) to surface coaching moments and automate feedback at scale.
-
AI-Driven Enablement Technology: Manage and optimize our revenue enablement tools and technologies, including a revenue resource center - with AI as the driving force behind how we scale. Continue to build and grow our AI-powered enablement stack (Claude, Gong, Enterpret), and drive deeper adoption of our enablement platform (Mindtickle) across the extended GTM org.
-
Enablement Communications: Own regular communication with the sales org - Slack channels, a recurring newsletter, and other channels - to keep GTM team members current on updates, best practices, and enablement resources.
-
Accountability and Success Measurement: Establish metrics and dashboards to track enablement KPIs driving accountability and providing insights for continuous improvement.
-
Revenue Effectiveness: Identifying areas of needed improvement using structured problem-solving approaches, developing recommendations to accelerate our ability to achieve growth objectives and partnering with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to implement change.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, standard operating procedures, and go-to-market strategies.

Demonstrated ability to interpret, structure, and convey concepts in a clear, actionable manner across diverse audiences.
