What’s the opportunity?
As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be a strategic and operational partner to Fin’s Sales organization, helping build the systems, processes, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable our go-to-market teams to scale effectively.
You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Business Systems, Data Engineering, Marketing, and GTM leadership. You’ll own critical sales operations programs across forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, compensation, performance reporting, and process optimization.
This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker and commercially minded operator who can move comfortably between detailed analysis, cross-functional program management, and executive-level recommendations. You’ll have the opportunity to improve how Fin’s sales organization operates while helping scale the GTM engine behind one of the fastest-growing AI products in the market.
