Growth Marketer – Tavus
About Tavus
Tavus is a research lab pioneering human computing. We are creating new interfaces that bridge the gap between people and machines—removing the friction of today’s systems. Our real-time human simulation models enable machines to see, hear, respond, and appear real, allowing for meaningful, face-to-face conversations.
Our technology infuses emotional intelligence into scalable, reliable virtual agents available 24/7, in every language, and on our terms. Imagine a therapist everyone can afford, a personal trainer adaptable to your schedule, or a fleet of medical assistants able to give every patient personalized care.
With Tavus, individuals, enterprises, and developers can build conversational agents that connect, understand, and act with empathy at scale. We’re a Series B company, backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners.
Join us and help shape a future where humans and machines truly understand each other.
The Role
Own measurable growth from discovery to long-term adoption
We are seeking a Growth Marketer to build and scale the engine that transforms awareness into adoption, engagement, and revenue. You'll take ownership of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, conversion, and product-led growth—identifying drop-off points in the customer journey, developing clear hypotheses, and running disciplined experiments to improve performance.
This highly cross-functional and hands-on role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, Design, Data, and the broader Marketing team. You'll develop campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and uncover new growth channels. As part of your work, you'll leverage the Tavus platform, use interactive demos, conversational video, and personalized experiences to create standout campaigns with measurable impact.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who pairs creativity with analytical rigor and seeks meaningful ownership at a high-growth AI company.

Develop a deep understanding of our key audiences—developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers—and turn insights into targeted campaigns
Analyze the customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improved conversion
Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap across channels, messaging, landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle communications
Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns
Improve website and landing-page conversion through robust testing, segmentation, positioning, and calls to action
Create lifecycle campaigns to drive users from sign-up to value, active usage, qualified opportunities, and long-term adoption
Partner with Product to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and product-led growth loops
Use Tavus technology to deliver creative experiences, including live demos and personalized video campaigns
Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, nurture, routing, and conversion from MQL to pipeline
Define success metrics, build clear reporting, and communicate progress, learnings, and next steps
Lead growth initiatives from hypothesis through execution, analysis, and scaling
Help build and document processes, systems, and playbooks for scalable, repeatable growth
You’ll Thrive Here If You
Have experience owning measurable growth outcomes for B2B SaaS, developer tools, API-first technology, or fast-growing startups
Understand the dynamics of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Are highly analytical, using data to spot opportunities, prioritize, and measure success
Balance short-term pipeline wins with longer-term product adoption and sustainable growth
Possess a strong experimentation mindset to turn opportunities into testable hypotheses
Are comfortable across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and product-led growth
