As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in defining how users interact with AI-powered lending intelligence.

The scope of work spans UX design, visual design, and design systems.
We take a user-centric approach to design, solving complex UX challenges while delivering elegant and engaging user experiences. You will work across end-to-end product design, from data visualization and interactive AI interfaces to intuitive workflows.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience leading the full lifecycle of product design, from initial research and ideation to final implementation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI design, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Deep expertise in design systems, including the creation and management of Figma component libraries across multiple products.
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing, using insights to inform and refine design decisions.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, effectively communicating design rationale and driving alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in cross-functional environments with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Experience designing for complex data-driven applications, enterprise tools, or AI-powered products is highly valued.
- A passion for FinTech, AI, and data visualization is a plus.
