About the Role
As the Demand Generation Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Marketing team, owning programs that fuel the sales pipeline and drive business growth. You'll design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, ABM, and web to attract, engage, and convert leads into qualified opportunities. Working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Leadership, you’ll position Marketing as a revenue driver by building pipelines and moving prospects toward conversion. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on accountability and is eager to make a direct impact on revenue growth.
What you will do:
Develop and launch integrated campaigns using a mix of inbound, paid, organic, and ABM strategies aligned to the buyer journey.
Optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to drive automation, reporting, and scalability.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred), paid ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), and marketing design programs (Figma, Canva).
Proven ability to optimize WordPress websites, leveraging design, user experience, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics to maximize conversions.
