The chief of staff for CRO Office will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing comprehensive support to the CRO and managing the GTM day-to-day operations. This role requires a blend of strong operational experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a trusted advisor to the CRO.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO, providing strategic input and support on various business initiatives
Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and goals
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRO's office, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently that include both internal and external calls
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CRO and executive team
Ensure the team is well-coordinated and aligned with the CRO's priorities and objectives
Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Serve as a liaison between the CRO and various departments, external partners, customers, founders, and stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and executive matters

Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or similar scale industry
Proven experience as a chief of staff or in a similar senior executive support role
Experience with P&L optimization and operational experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
