About the role
As a Workplace Experience Specialist you will be a key member of our global Workplace Experience Team and a key driver of workplace experience for our US based employees. You will be working closely with multiple teams, locally and globally, as well as our Workplace Experience Lead in NY. You will contribute to nurturing our culture of inclusiveness and be in the center of the US based employees' experience.
You will be based in New York, with English as your working language. This is an in-office position from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
At Dashlane you will:
- Get to know all our US based Dashlaners and cultivate an experience that makes them excited to come to work each day, while being fiscally responsible
- Be a point person for anything New York office experience related
- Help manage the office experience budget by ensuring accurate and timely updates, continuously evaluating spending and monitoring trends
- Manage all office supply inventory and restocking
- Liaise with building maintenance and cleaning services, evaluate performance quality and arrange repairs and projects as necessary
- Document and keep up to date any office experience related processes or projects
- Support contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Ensure smooth new hire onboarding, inclusive of managing initial desk, equipment and access card setup as well as running the first day NY office onboarding session for Dashlane and subtenant company employees
- Work closely with managers to ensure that all anniversary gifts are delivered on time
- Collaborate with our IT department on all office equipment and security related items
- Greet office visitors and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Partner with our global Workplace Experience teams and culture committees to organize events and activities
Minimum qualifications
Requirements:
- 1+ years of office related work experience, preferably in a tech startup or background in hospitality or customer experience
- Things you want that can't be proven on a resume

- Experience organizing onsite or offsite events
- Familiarity with Google Suite
Salary Range: $19/hr - $24/hr (expected 40 hours per week)
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
