Role Overview
As an early member of the talent team reporting to our Head of Business Recruiting, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for our business teams (e.g. Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, etc). You'll be given the autonomy and opportunity to be creative and build recruitment processes that will contribute to scaling our team and the long-term growth of Harvey.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals.
Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Actively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices.
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and candidate quality across business functions.
Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators, helping them sharpen their craft and grow in their roles.
Raise the operational bar for recruiting by instilling best practices, increasing discipline around metrics and reporting, and driving continuous process improvement.
What You Have
7+ years of experience handling fast-paced, high-volume full-cycle recruiting.
Prior experience working in a high-growth start-up or technical environment.
A track record of building and improving recruiting processes in ambiguous or scaling environments.
Experience mentoring or guiding teammates or junior recruiters.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing their time efficiently
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Nice to Have: Experience using recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and the Google Workspace suite to manage workflows, collaborate across teams, and track pipeline data efficiently.
Compensation Range
$150,000 - $175,000 USD
