Description We’re currently looking for a Mother’s Helper in Denver, Colorado (80220) A lovely family in the Hilltop neighborhood of Denver is currently looking for a warm, reliable Mother’s Helper to care for their three daughters. Care is needed two evenings per week from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, preferably Mondays and Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will help with school pickups, light supervision, homework, and overall family flow after school. They will be flexible and adaptable as summer locations for pick-up may change or only include the older children. Schedule: 2 Evenings Per week Monday and Wednesday preferred but the family has some flexibility 3:30pm to 7:30pm Potential for additional needs including date nights and extra assistance when one parent is traveling with advanced notice Start date: ASAP Rate: $30 per hour 3 children: Ages 7, 5, and almost 3 Responsibilities Drive to and pick up children from their schools (1 mile from family home) Supervise and assist older children with after school responsibilities: homework and piano practice Support the children’s established routines Keep the children engaged and active in age appropriate activities Pick up children from school (1 mile from home) Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States 2+ years of paid, professional childcare experience Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references CPR certified or willing to become certified Has valid photo ID and own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of driver’s insurance Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check Mandarin speaking is a plus but not required Compensation Position pays $30 per hour and client is looking for 8 hours per week with opportunities for additional needs.
