We are looking for a Course Creator to join our growing Education Team. We want to hear from you if you have a passion for creating immersive, industry leading content.
Our customers get tremendous value from our education offering at every stage of their Pigment journey. The Academy plays a pivotal role in providing this support and our Instructional Designers are crucial in developing best-in-class content for our ever-growing customer base.
The presence on site is required in our office 3 times a week.

What you'll do: - Work alongside a team with Instructional Designers, Enablement Specialists and a Learning Architect to develop best in class digital solutions including eLearning Modules, System Simulations, Assessments and Videos
- Transform scripts and technical documentation into highly effective learning solutions, utilizing AI-powered learning technologies
- Collaborate with SMEs (including Solution Architects and Product Specialists) to design, develop and deploy educational content
- Maintain and enhance our existing libraryin line with new product features, branding and organizational changes
- Lead on the alignment of Academy content with Pigment’s brand, iterating the approach where necessary
- Create stunning supplementary resources including Presentations, Job Aids and Guides
- Publish and deploy content to our Academy through our Learning Management System
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time
- Drive and partner to build internal Pigment product enablement.
Who You Are:- Expert level skills in the Articulate 360 suite of Authoring Tools - especially Storyline. This is essential!
- Advanced skills with video editing tools like Camtasia; and experience with in-app training software such as Userflow
- Familiarity with LMS Administration ( experience with 360Learning is highly desirable) and a solid understanding of SCORM and xAPI
- An eye for accuracy and incredible attention to detail, using Style Guides to bring consistency of best practices
- Fantastic visual design skills - graphic design qualification/ experience is highly desirable!
- A creative with an appetite to push the boundaries and level-up our offering
- An ability to thrive in an incredibly fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects and working to deadlines
- Previous experience in the Enterprise Performance Management space or an understanding of FP&A, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning is highly desirable!
