We’re building the financial operating system for fast-moving finance teams-helping them pay vendors, move money across borders, manage cash, and stay compliant-all from one platform.
Our product is used by teams managing everything from high-volume AP to multi-entity cash operations. We give them real-time visibility and control without the spreadsheet chaos.

What You’ll Do
- Own outbound strategy for a defined segment or vertical
- Execute high-conversion outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Tailor messaging to roles like CFOs, AP, Procurement, and Treasury
- Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion at every stage
- Partner with AEs to align outreach with deal strategy
- Track post-meeting outcomes and drive pipeline accountability
- Use tools like Close, Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, or other sales automation platforms-and get results from them
Key Performance Metrics
- Outbound touches: 500 per week (calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach combined)
- Live conversations: 10%+ of total outbound
- Qualified meetings booked: 8+ per week
- Show rate: 75%+
- Meeting-to-SQL conversion rate: 30%+ (your meetings should move deals forward)
- Touches per meeting booked: 20-30
- Pipeline influenced (qualified): $200K per month
- Persona-based outbound campaigns launched: 2 per month
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (FinTech or SaaS a must)
- Proven record of exceeding pipeline targets
- Experience building outbound campaigns tailored to buyer roles
- Strong analytical skills and spotless CRM hygiene-you know your numbers and keep your pipeline clean
- Coaching mindset and team-first attitude
- Curiosity to test fast, fail smart, and improve relentlessly
