Staff Product Manager @ Clay
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead one of the most foundational and high-impact areas of Clay—the product where teams enrich, automate, and take action on their data. You'll be responsible for setting direction across complex product surfaces and partnering closely with engineering and design to drive fast, high-quality execution.
As the PM for our Workflows and Foundations teams, you’ll shape the core experience of Clay as we expand from a powerful data enrichment tool into a full system of action for go-to-market teams. Your work will help redefine how these teams operate and play a key role in achieving Clay’s vision of being a creative tool to help businesses grow.
We strongly prefer candidates based in New York, as our product, engineering, and design teams collaborate in person.
What You’ll Do
Lead a core area of the Clay product, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap
Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality, impactful features quickly
Deeply understand customer needs—from early-stage startups to large enterprises—and translate them into clear product direction
Help Clay expand from a data enrichment tool into a full system of action for GTM teams
Navigate tradeoffs between performance, polish, and complexity as we scale
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience owning complex product surfaces with high usage and visibility
A track record of working cross-functionally and driving alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating fast-moving, early-stage environments
A strong sense of product quality—and a desire to build tools that are both powerful and elegant
