About the Role:
Wrike is seeking an energetic, curious self-starter to join our high-performing team as an Associate Account Development Manager. This entry-level role is perfect for aspiring tech sales and customer success professionals who want to learn, grow, and make an impact while working evenings. In this role, you’ll use your strong communication skills to connect with a diverse customer portfolio, identify new opportunities and support customers through onboarding, guidance, and best practices. Your Impact:
- Communication: Communicate complex ideas with clarity across audiences—leading persuasive demos and executive briefings, actively listening, and handling objections with empathy and precision.
- Proactivity: Anticipate needs, risks, and opportunities; take initiative without prompting; define and communicate clear next steps; remove blockers early; and keep momentum by following through and adapting based on feedback. Be ready to proactively and creatively use different outbound channels to contact customers and maximize the engagement of the book of business.
- Problem-Solving: Apply structured, data-driven problem-solving to pinpoint root causes, prioritize by impact, and translate needs into actionable, measurable solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support—influencing without authority and executing transparently with clear owners, timelines, and feedback loops.
- Sales Cycle (Nice to have): Support and execute key stages of the sales process—prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, and assisting with negotiations.
Your Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience supporting parts of the sales cycle (e.g., qualifying leads, managing pipelines, or assisting with contract discussions). Full sales-cycle ownership is not required at this stage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- Business acumen to understand customer objectives and pain points
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proactiveness and a self-starter mindset
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and ask questions
- Willingness to go beyond what is asked to deliver value

Team Dynamics:
- You’ll join a passionate Account Development Team that values growth, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Expect daily collaboration with Professional Services, Solution Consultants, Renewals,Customer Success and Marketing to deliver coordinated and effective solutions to our customers.
