Summary
OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. This summer, the intern will support operational efficiency and system enhancements across key financial platforms including Sage Intacct, Coupa, Avalara, and Concur. Their responsibilities will include resolving support tickets, documenting processes, and assisting with system integrations, all while ensuring compliance with audit requirements. In addition, they will adapt to changing priorities and contribute to multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve support tickets related to financial applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in maintaining compliance by supporting audit-related tasks and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems.
- Collaborate with team members to learn enterprise financial operations and gain hands-on experience with cross-functional tools and processes.
- Support operational efficiency by assisting with financial system enhancements and incidents across Sage Intacct, Coupa, Avalara, and Concur.
Required Education and Experience
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
- Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and document business and technical requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
