About the Role:
Our team is responsible for the product's design system, component library, design language, a11y, and documentation (patterns, guides). We currently have a library of over 200 components and are continually working to improve and expand it. As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our team, you will develop new, high-demanding tools for internal and external teams and support infrastructure for the components. You will analyze product cases and bring your vision of architecture to life. Our team values high test coverage, automation, and sustainable, quality code.
Your Impact:
- Building new or rewriting existing features of the Wrike product
- Adapting and scaling our product to our customer's needs
- Doing code reviews and unit testing
- Working in a classic Scrum independent team of 5-8 members
Our Tech Stack:
- TypeScript, React 19, Redux + Redux Toolkit
- Jest, Webpack
- AngularDart 5.3, Dart SDK 2.13.4 (old components)
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or related field
- Programming: Core Javascript / Basic algorithms / Data collections / Algorithmic complexity
- Tech stack: Typescript / React (modern versions, React 18+) / Redux / React Hooks
- Layout: CSS / HTML5
- Browser tech.: DOM, Event Loop
- CI/CD: Git / npm
- Full proficiency in English
Standout Qualities:
- Programming: any other OOP experience
- Additional tech. stack knowledge: Dart / Angular / Redux Toolkit
- Micro Frontends: WebElements / Routing
- Performance: Repairing / Reflow
- Single page app tech: Optimistic updates / Websocket updates
- Testing: Jest
- Build tools: Webpack
- Layout: LESS / SCSS
- Accessibility: Aria attributes, screen readers
- CI/CD: Gitlab pipelines
Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
