Snowflake is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic UK team. This role is focused on developing and managing our relationships with key channel partners and resellers across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling channel partnerships in the SaaS or data platform space, with a deep understanding of the UK reseller ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our partners, enabling them on Snowflake's Data Cloud platform, and ensuring our joint success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for key UK resellers. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with new and existing partners. 
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets through your assigned partners. Co-sell with partners and the Snowflake direct sales team to close opportunities. 
- Partner Enablement: Lead the enablement and training of partners to ensure they are proficient in selling and supporting Snowflake's solutions. This includes technical, sales, and marketing enablement. 
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with resell partners to develop joint GTM plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. 
- Business Planning: Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance against goals, manage pipeline, and identify new areas for growth. 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Snowflake's internal teams (including direct sales, marketing, solution architects, and leadership) to align on channel strategy and execution. 
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales & partner management, within the enterprise software, cloud, or data industry. 
- UK Reseller Ecosystem: Demonstrable experience and existing relationships with key UK technology resellers and systems integrators (e.g., VARs, SIs, MSPs). 
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue through a partner-led model. 
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), analytics, and AI/ML is highly preferred. 
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
- Self-Starter: Ability to operate independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience working with Snowflake's platform or other modern data platforms. 
- Experience in a "sell-with" and "sell-through" channel model. 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
