We’re growing fast—and our R&D team is at the heart of it. We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer who loves the thrill of the hunt and knows how to connect with incredible talent before anyone else does.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Technical Recruiters and R&D leaders to find and engage top engineers, product thinkers, and security experts who will shape the future of Gong. You’ll be the first voice they hear, the storyteller who brings our mission and culture to life, and the connector who keeps our pipelines full and our teams growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand our technical hiring needs across engineering, product, and security.
- Build and manage pipelines of top technical talent—front-end, back-end, cloud/SaaS/AI, security, and everything in between.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that grabs attention and gets replies.
- Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and your own creativity to uncover hidden gems in the talent market.
- Keep candidate data clean and organized in our ATS (we’re big fans of smooth handoffs and clear communication; experience with Greenhouse a plus).
- Share insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive intel to help us hire smarter and faster.
- Collaborate on projects that make our sourcing strategies sharper and our candidate experience even better.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (SaaS, AI, or cloud experience is a plus).
- A knack for identifying and engaging exceptional engineers and product builders.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills—you know how to write outreach that sounds human, not templated.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a love of research—you’re energized by finding the needle in the haystack.
- The ability to juggle multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
