Role Overview
Enterprise Readiness is the backbone of Harvey’s ability to serve global, security-sensitive law firms and Fortune 500. This role owns the admin persona, identity, governance, security, and platform controls that make Harvey trustworthy and deployable at scale.
You’ll define and execute the strategy for authentication, authorization, compliance, and reliability — the systems that CIOs, CISOs, and IT admins depend on. You’ll work closely with infra, security engineering, platform, and product teams to build a best-in-class enterprise foundation that unlocks Harvey’s largest customers and highest-value use cases.
We’re looking for a deeply technical, enterprise-grade product leader with a track record in IAM, governance, and platform reliability. Someone who thrives in complexity, understands the realities of enterprise IT, and can translate constraints into elegant, scalable product.
What You’ll Do
Own the admin experience end to end: org onboarding, analytics, workspace/matter controls, permissions, audit, and governance.
Lead product for Identity & Access Management: SSO, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, JIT provisioning, group sync, role hierarchies.
Define Harvey’s enterprise security and compliance roadmap: data boundaries, encryption, audit logs, retention, DLP, access transparency.
Partner with infra and platform teams to ensure reliability, SLAs, observability, multi-region support, disaster recovery, and data residency.
Shape the architecture for multi-tenant, multi-workspace enterprise deployments.
Work closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed teams to unblock adoption at top law firms and Fortune 100 enterprises.
Build and refine enterprise rollout playbooks for scaling Harvey across global organizations.
Engage directly with CIO, CISO, IT, and InfoSec leaders to earn trust and translate requirements into a roadmap.
What You Have
Strong experience with enterprise platform products, especially identity, security, governance, or infrastructure.
Background owning IAM features such as SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, or access controls.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across security, infra, platform, and GTM.
Technically strong — comfortable diving into architecture, APIs, infra considerations, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to build credibility with IT/security leaders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable systems, not just features.
Thrives in fast-moving environments and can operate 0→1 and 1→100 simultaneously.
Nice to Haves
Experience at companies known for enterprise-grade security and identity (Okta, Databricks, Snowflake, Box, Atlassian, Dropbox, etc).
Familiarity with legal, compliance, finance, or highly regulated industries.
Background in platform, infra, or security engineering.
Experience designing multi-tenant, multi-region, or high-compliance enterprise deployments.
Prior exposure to AI/ML platforms or data-sensitive workflows.
Compensation Range
$277,000 - $350,000 USD
