Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Lead, Customer Fund Management role sits at the operational core of a SaaS-adjacent fintech platform, where trust is created through accurate settlement, reporting integrity, and responsive issue resolution with external partners. The work is anchored in reconciling merchant and internal data, validating outputs, and managing adjustments—responsibilities that become increasingly critical as transaction volumes, product lines, and partner integrations expand.
From a SaaS career perspective, the role builds durable skills in data-driven operations: owning month-end routines, spotting anomalies, documenting controls, and translating findings into action across teams. The emphasis on process improvement and automation signals exposure to the kind of operational optimisation that many SaaS businesses rely on to scale efficiently, particularly where billing, payouts, or revenue recognition intersect with product delivery.
This position best suits professionals who prefer structured problem-solving, enjoy working across stakeholders, and are comfortable being accountable for accuracy under service expectations. It also fits someone who wants a pathway into broader SaaS operations, risk, or partner management by developing a strong foundation in reconciliation discipline and control-minded execution.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
