Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Engagement Manager to serve as a force-multiplier to the Group CEO with strategic vision and relentless execution.
- You will take one conversation with the CEO and convert it into clarity, alignment, and flawless execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations
- You will be embedded in each of the business lines and own translation, execution, quality, and predictable visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the CEO’s intent into complete, crisp Action Cards
- Drive end-to-end execution until final delivery and release
- Act as quality checker: preserve CEO’s intent, align all teams, validate final output
- Provide predictable visibility: weekly On-Track/At-Risk updates & monthly reviews
- Ensure transferability: communicate CEO’s direction clearly across all layers
- Partner with business line leaders to strengthen clarity, speed, and decisions
- Preserve CEO’s time

Preferred Background
- MBBK- Engagement Manager or Senior Associate
OR strong operator/PM with cross-functional execution
OR ex-founder with systems thinking - Experience in fast-paced tech startups environments is a strong plus
- 4-6 yrs of relevant experience in similar role or profile
