Your role
Dialpad is seeking a Sr. Video Editor/Producer to concept, craft, and deliver compelling video content that brings our brand and product stories to life. You’ll be responsible for editing and producing a wide variety of marketing and product videos — from social campaigns and testimonials to brand films and event recaps.
You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and motion designers to ensure every project delivers clear, creative storytelling that reflects Dialpad’s personality and vision. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with an editor’s instinct for pacing, emotion, and narrative flow — and can manage a project from concept through final delivery.
This position reports to the Creative Director and is based out of our Buenos Aires, Argentina hub.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with creative partners to develop and produce engaging video content that supports marketing, product, and brand initiatives.
- Edit long-form and short-form videos, including product demos, customer stories, paid ads, internal brand content, and more.
- Concept and create storyboards, shot lists, and visual treatments to communicate ideas clearly.
- Mix and design sound, source music, and implement motion graphics or animation to enhance storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative experimentation with deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets while evolving Dialpad’s visual voice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Comms to align on creative direction.
- Organize, catalog, and maintain video assets for efficient access and reuse.
- Manage post-production workflows including color correction, compression, and export for multiple formats.
Skills you’ll bring
- 8+ years of professional experience in video editing, production, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content — storytelling, pacing, and technical polish.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and related creative tools.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and Figma is a plus.
- A solid grasp of visual storytelling, sound design, and cinematography principles.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and execute from pre-production through post-production.
- Strong organization and time management skills — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and giving/receiving feedback constructively.
- A passion for creative experimentation, technology, and human-centered storytelling.
