Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Freshworks operates in the enterprise SaaS space, where repeatable execution and consistent customer and employee experiences depend heavily on manager capability. Featuring a Talent Development Manager role here highlights a function that sits close to how SaaS companies standardize leadership behaviors across geographies, business units, and product lines—particularly relevant in organizations supporting both CX and EX use cases at scale.
For a SaaS career, the distinctive value is the mix of program design, facilitation, and learning operations under one remit, paired with an explicit mandate to use analytics and AI-enabled tools. That combination mirrors how modern SaaS teams run: instrumented, iterative, and platform-driven. Experience translating leadership needs into measurable programs, then refining them through data, tends to transfer well across SaaS environments where enablement, adoption, and operational rigor matter.
This role will suit professionals who like owning end-to-end cycles and working through influence with HRBPs and senior stakeholders rather than operating as a specialist in a narrow lane. It aligns with someone comfortable adapting content for multi-region audiences and balancing strategic intent with delivery details, including occasional collaboration across time zones.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
