Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Product Manager role sits at a current inflection point in SaaS: AI features are moving from “assistive” to agentic workflows that take action across systems. With a focus on turning trusted marketing data into insight and automation, the remit reflects how modern B2B SaaS platforms are differentiating—by pairing data infrastructure with productised intelligence that customers can operationalise.
From a SaaS career perspective, the position builds durable product muscles in areas that increasingly define senior PM scope: outcome-based roadmap ownership, discovery grounded in customer reality, and shipping data-intensive capabilities that must be reliable at scale. The emphasis on end-to-end lifecycle stewardship (including iteration and retirement) is particularly relevant in subscription businesses where product decisions compound through retention, expansion, and long-term platform coherence.
This role is best suited to a product leader who prefers hands-on execution alongside strategic framing, and who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in emerging AI patterns. It fits someone motivated by close partnership with engineering and customer teams, and by the craft of translating complex data and workflow constraints into clear product definitions and measurable impact.

As Senior Product Manager – Intelligence & AI Agents, you will own and evolve our Intelligence product portfolio, focused on transforming high-quality marketing data into insight and action through AI-powered, agentic solutions.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role operating at the intersection of B2B SaaS, data platforms, and AI agents. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to deliver high-impact, data-intensive products while helping define best practices for AI and agent development across the wider Product organisation.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
- Own Intelligence and AI Agent products and features end to end, from early ideation and problem discovery through development, launch, iteration, and eventual retirement.
- Define, own, and continuously prioritise the product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical investment, and delivery capacity.
- Make clear, data-informed trade-offs to ensure focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Translate real customer and business problems into clear, detailed product requirements.
- Own the creation of high-quality product specifications, including PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and agent workflow designs.
- Lead the design and evolution of AI-powered, agentic workflows, working closely with engineering on implementation details.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer teams to move ideas into production with fast feedback loops and strong ownership.
- Engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to identify unmet needs, friction points, and automation opportunities.
- Develop deep expertise in the Adverity platform and become a trusted internal authority on Intelligence and AI agent capabilities.
We’re excited if you bring:
- Strong experience taking B2B SaaS products through the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, scaling, and sunsetting.
- Proven ownership of product roadmaps, including prioritisation, sequencing, and outcome measurement.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, with clear evidence of increasing ownership, autonomy, and impact.
- Experience working on data-heavy products, including data pipelines, data warehouses, analytics platforms, or similar infrastructure-driven systems.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into concrete, executable product plans.
- High ownership mentality, intellectual honesty, and comfort being accountable for outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience designing, building, or coding AI agents, either professionally or through meaningful side projects.
- Experience working in marketing, AdTech, or MarTech environments.
- Exposure to AI workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Experience prototyping or iterating products using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Lovable, Figma Make).
Why you’ll love it here:
- Flexible working hours and home-office
- Internal shares program (EDPP)
- Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology
- Regular team events (also remote)
- Modern and stylish offices
- Sustainable merch for all employees
- Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)
- ... and more depending on your location.
