Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Field marketing remains a core lever in enterprise SaaS, where revenue teams rely on coordinated programs to create demand and progress opportunities across long sales cycles. This ANZ Field Marketing Manager role stands out because it sits at the intersection of regional go-to-market execution, partner involvement, and account-focused engagement—work that is particularly relevant in established software categories where differentiation is built through consistent market presence and stakeholder education.
From a SaaS career perspective, the remit builds durable operating skills: translating GTM strategy into multi-channel programs, aligning tightly with Sales and partner teams, and using tooling such as Salesforce and Marketo to connect activity to pipeline outcomes. The emphasis on reporting and ROI also develops the measurement discipline that underpins modern SaaS marketing, and transfers well across roles spanning ABM, demand generation, and regional marketing leadership.
This position best fits a marketer who prefers hands-on ownership and structured program management, and who is comfortable coordinating across multiple internal functions and external vendors. It will suit someone who values clear metrics, can manage parallel initiatives without losing detail, and is motivated by the craft of turning regional insights into repeatable field plays.
