We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer to join our Core Team. As a member of this team, your main responsibility will be crafting and evolving the frontend infrastructure of our product. You will focus on building resilient, scalable frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries that empower and support our React-based application and the teams building on top of it.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend infrastructure, including frameworks, tools, and libraries, to ensure high performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Work closely with product and R&D teams to understand requirements, influence technical decisions, and ensure infrastructure solutions align with real product needs.
- Serve as a senior technical authority in the frontend domain, leading by example through high-quality architecture, code, and best practices.
- Identify and implement improvements to the frontend development experience, including automation, developer tooling, code reuse, and performance optimizations.
- Take part in architectural discussions and help shape frontend standards and conventions across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply them pragmatically to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct code reviews with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend infrastructure issues in collaboration with other engineers and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on frontend infrastructure, tooling, or architecture.
- Deep proficiency in React and a solid understanding of its ecosystem and core principles.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Rspack, Vite).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing strategies, and design patterns.
- Proven ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Advantage
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience building or evolving frontend infrastructure or design systems in a SaaS product at scale.
- Experience working closely with platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience teams.
- Strong background in frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Vue or React architectures and component systems is considered valuable.
