Location: Noida, India (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join the team and drive the evolution of the underlying systems that power Level AI’s product suite including the Agentic AI Platform. You will be responsible for building the next generation of scalable platform capabilities. This is a mission-critical role for someone passionate about enabling internal teams and ensuring product stability at enterprise scale.This role requires mandatory hybrid presence (2-3 days) in our Noida office
What You Will Do:
- Own the platform portfolio including Agentic AI. Define and execute the product roadmap for Agentic AI, aligning with company strategy and customer needs.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to scale services that power large-scale AI workloads
- Translate complex data and usage patterns into clear business insights and KPIs for customers and internal stakeholders
- Coach and mentor the team and own their impact
- Work closely with GTM and customer teams to drive customer value
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
- 6-8 yrs of product management experience
- Strong customer-facing skills and comfort working with enterprise customers
- Curiosity with a strong bias for action. AI/ML industry and platform experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally including GTM teams.
- Technical background or strong comfort working with engineering and ML teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
- Experience leading a team.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- MBA from a Top tier school with at least 2+ years of product management experience B2B/platform PM Experience
- Experience with Agentic systems, LLMs, AI evals. Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in the Contact Center, Customer Experience, or SaaS domain
