The Strategy Execution Manager plays a key role in driving the successful execution of priority initiatives for the B2B Group. This role ensures that strategic projects are delivered on time, performance is closely monitored, and stakeholders remain aligned with business goals.
You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, track progress, and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for the following:
Project Implementation:
Lead the execution of priority B2B strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate across teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Identify potential issues or risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide leadership with relevant updates and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Project Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and projects.
Analyze data and metrics to measure project progress and results against the plan.
Ensure project plans are followed and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
Facilitate regular project updates and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support the execution of organizational strategies.
Build strong relationships across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and project delivery.
Strategy Development:
Support the development and refinement of business strategies aligned with company goals.
Develop insights from research and data analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
We are looking for:
5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, consulting, or business operations.
Strong experience in driving cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Nice to have:
Experience in FinTech, technology, or digital platforms.
Experience working in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks and strategic planning tools.
