Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Program Manager II role sits at an intersection increasingly common in SaaS: software-enabled services where operational throughput is as critical as the product itself. Iterative Health’s tech-enabled clinical research network implies a multi-stakeholder environment in which delivery timelines, governance, and repeatable workflows determine how effectively a platform scales across sites and trials.
For a SaaS career, the standout value is ownership of a measurable, end-to-end lifecycle with clear service levels and cycle-time metrics. The work emphasises building operating systems: defining dashboards, standardising templates, tightening handoffs, and using data to remove bottlenecks. That combination of execution and continuous improvement translates well to other SaaS contexts such as onboarding, implementations, customer operations, and regulated workflow products where predictability and auditability matter.
This is best suited to an operator who prefers clarity, structure, and accountability over open-ended strategy work. It also fits professionals who enjoy influencing outcomes without direct authority and who are comfortable coordinating across legal, regulatory, services, and delivery stakeholders. Candidates looking to deepen program craft in a domain with real constraints and complex dependencies are likely to find the scope aligned.
