This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.
About The Role:
We are seeking a Mobile Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional mobile experiences, a team player, and is looking to grow their career alongside a team of highly skilled professionals with projects spanning multiple mobile applications across our enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, review, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart across multiple FacilityOS product lines
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with our Azure-based .NET backend services (RESTful APIs)
- Maintain high quality code standards using Code Review, Static code analysis tools, implementing new tools or standards
- Participate in Peer code review
- Work directly with the Engineering team, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and optimize API endpoints for mobile consumption
- Research and initiate innovative mobile development approaches and architectural patterns that would benefit the FacilityOS platform
- Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of existing Xamarin/MAUI applications as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart with a proven track record of published applications
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design / Cupertino design patterns
- Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and cloud services
- Knowledge of mobile application lifecycle, deployment processes, and app store submission (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
- Understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection
- Experience with .NET, C#, and Xamarin/MAUI is a significant advantage
- Proactive, curious, investigative mindset with attention to quality and details
- Passionate about mobile technologies and staying current with industry trends
- Ability to self-manage priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with offline-first mobile architecture and local database solutions (SQLite etc.)
- Experience with Azure and .net
- Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin) for platform-specific implementations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Experience with push notifications, background processing, and mobile device capabilities
- Understanding of enterprise mobile application requirements and multi-tenant architectures
